Add "Anyone Can Use" to Jukebox

Please consider adding an "Anyone Can Use" checkbox (similar to doors and button panels) to the Jukebox block so anyone can use the controls. Sharing the block may be undesirable at times because you don't necessarily want people to have control over the block's core functions, just the play and pause buttons located physically on the block.
