Add an offset version of the vanilla/base-game door.

The base game desperately needs an offset version of the normal door. An offset door would allow more room for building (since we wouldn't have to extend the walls to meet the door), and would help to add more design options in the base game.
I understand the Frostbite DLC has an offset door, but I absolutely won't pay for one. Plus the DLC one is a fancy-looking door, whereas a vanilla offset door doesn't need any skin, it can be the same skin as the normal door in the base game.
