Add ability to label HUD hotbar items.

When I have a program block with multiple commands, all I see when I add a run command to the hotbar is a nice little program block icon. There is no way to label a slot to say what the button does. Please give us the ability to label these hotbar buttons so I can differentiate what things do on my hotbar for vehicles!
