Add ability for sensors to act on Tags/grids or with some logic

Right now, the only complex triggering seem to rely on scripting it.
It would be very neat if sensors could either recognise a specific grid or a tag (either a specific block or some attribute, like on an antenna) as well as some simple and/or logic, as if detecting multiple antenna/tags in its sensor area.
It would allow for some interesting engineering solutions and machines that doesn't rely on C# magic.
