Add a property to cockpit. First/Third person view

Scripting luxury that is never going to happen ... but
It would be very nice to detect the current view. turning things on or off. depending on view mode.
for example.. hidden guns or info screens popping up for first person only. pistons giving longer wheel-base mode in 3rd person.
