Ability to control rate of fire for turrets

Hello, could you please give us the ability to control the rate of fire for the automated gatling turrets, with the current rate of fire being the fastest it can fire, and then giving a slider to slow down the speed.
Basically I want an automated gatling turret that shoots slower to conserve ammunition.
