QoL: Allow groups of AI Basic (Task) to set Home List

As of now, if you select multiple AI Basic (Task) blocks you lose the option to set an reference point from the Home List. If you want to set up multiple grids, like fighters, to follow a specific beacon or gps you need to go into each AI Basic (Task) block to change that.
The change would just allow you to set Home List on all the selected AI Basic (Task) blocks. You can already do the same with the AI Recorder (task)
