Timeline edit tool window for replay tool

Character and grid timeline track that can be edited to make adjustments on the replay tool recordings.
This would be good for adding emotes and other actions in after the initial movement has been recorded.
Positioning could be refined after the fact.
Each character and grid would have their own channel strip along the time line.
