Piston, Rotor, Hinge Dampening

Could we add suspension dampening to pistons, rotors, hinges for custom suspension, drill draggers, and other machines. This feature would work vanilla for trailers, trailing arms/wheelie bars, weight distribution axles. This would also make scripted sub grid wheel controllers much more useful.
