Multi core CPU dedicated server support

I run a dedicated server on a old intel I7 4970 with 16gb of ram. I noticed that even tho the dedicated server software says that the CPU is 140% in use with a lowering of simulation speed as result. Task manager of windows says that the CPU is only max 33 % in use.
Are there planes to intergrate multicore support so that multicore CPU are more efficient and servers more stable? Is this in the planning for Space engineers 2.
