Unable to connect to friend's world.

This problem arose after the economy update. I can't connect to a friend, and my friend can't connect to me. I get a "server not responding" error message. If you need to attach any logs or data, just tell me how, and I'll do it.
P.S. I tried using Redmin VPN.
