Laser Communications Network Block

Laser antennas are great, but they really lack what I think would make them truly awesome. They cannot communicate with anything other than two points.

Options to make them better:

1) if two are on the same physical grid, data should route between them so that you can network two remote grids from your current grid.

2) Kludgy, but if you added a regular antenna to the same grid, it could connect the 2 local laser antennas

3) Best option I think: Add a Network Communications Block. You'd build it on any grid that you want to be a Relay or a Hub, connecting multiple local Laser antennas. This would let your main base connect to multiple remote locations that aren't in line of sight to each other, and further let those remote sites talk to each other through the main base.

You ought also to be able to add a normal antenna into the Network, so that a ship that's near a relay can access the radio antenna, and have access to the main base, even if it's several hops away.
