New Contract Type - Passenger Transport

With NPC (animated characters) roaming stations now, it seems right to have a contract to transport those NPCs as passengers aboard a grid with sufficient seating.


If path finding NPC onto a player grid is not currently practical, they can just show up seated on the player's grid when a "passenger manifest" item is transferred to that grid's inventory.


The contract reward should reflect the number of passengers to arrive safely at the destination. If NPCs can be hurt or killed like a player, with each having their own health stat, then the reward can be deducted accordingly.
