AI Recorder should store direction with each waypoint

I was trying out the AI blocks and attempted to make a drone which would dock automatically to a refinery station. I discovered that the AI recorder is not really up to the task currently.
The reason is that there is a substantial amount of impreciseness even when Precision Mode is enabled, such that by the time a drone gets to the dock it will either be at least half a normal connector width off or will be rotated several degrees away from the connector.
Both of these scenarios prevent AI drones from working reliably for docking drones.
I believe that to make the AI recorder work reliably it must record direction at each waypoint, not just the GPS coordinates. This is, for example, how PAM manages to dock reliably.
