Reduce range of large reactor radiation leakage.

Currently, a damaged large grid large reactor irradiates a radius of around 24 blocks, which is twice the radius of a damaged small reactor. The risk of being fried inside your cockpit (which doesn't protect you for some reason) has led players to build their combat ships using exclusively small reactors. However, having hundreds of small reactors on your ship creates far more lag than just having a small number of large reactors. Large reactors, which are meant to be larger, less laggier alternatives for larger ships than their smaller counterparts, are effectively obsolete. No matter how many small reactors are placed next to each other, their maximum range will never increase. Assuming large and small reactors are functionally identical apart from their stats, a 3x3x3 box of small reactors should cause 27 TIMES as much lag as a single large one, yet only has a maximum irradiation radius of the regular small reactor + 1 block (due to the outer layer)

To help keep unneccessary lag down, I propose that large reactor leakage radius is reduced to only 2.5m higher than the small reactor - making it equivalent to a 3x3x3 box of small reactors. Otherwise, high-end PVP will eternally be a lagfest caused by massive conveyor networks.
