LCD Energy & Hydrogen level App revision

There are lots of ways you can go about LCD screens and what they can/should do, but right now I'd like to focus on Energy & Hydrogen level display that is already part of the game. I think two small changes that will make it a lot more useful, is adding an Oxygen level and changing Energy to work as Energy stored rather than a load meter like it currently is. Pictures show how it is right now vs how it could be.
