Add slow but lag-free resource generation blocks

I'd assume any non-voxel resource generation would be required to be configurable by server.
Mining Rig
If placed near X volumes of ores, will generate 1/100 of one of those ores every X hours. Better performance on planets versus asteroids (incentive for planetary bases?). Cannot mine advanced ores without first finding those ores to build upgrades for the rig.
Air Compressor
Can absorb air and moisture and condense it into ice, rather slowly.
Air Scoop
When moving can absorb air and moisture and condense it into ice, a little faster than the compressor.
I think there could be room for these things in game modes that arent traditional space engineers sandbox as well
