Pause Buff Timer when in Cryo Chamber or Bed

Currently, you can still gain buffs when you are in a cryo chamber or bed. It is easy to exploit this behavior. All you have to do is enter a cryo chamber/bed, and wait. Eventually, you will maximize your buffs with zero risk.
