Constant Inventory Lags in Multiplayer with Good Connection

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue in multiplayer gameplay - when transferring items between inventories (player → container, container → player), there are delays of 1-3 seconds, despite:

Low ping (10 ms)
Powerful hardware (R9 5900X + RTX 3080 Ti + 32GB RAM)
Game installed on M2 SSD
Minimum graphics settings
Servers without mods

In singleplayer, everything works instantly. The problem occurs on ANY multiplayer server.

What I've already tried:

Verifying game file integrity
Updating drivers
In-game network settings (buffer set to maximum)
Disabling antivirus/firewall
Different servers

In the video, I am connected to a local server hosted on a dedicated machine. The ping is 1 ms, but the problem still persists.
