Feature request: more non-music sounds for the sound block & ability to trigger specific sounds

Keen has done a great job with adding more in-game music, but the non-music sounds available in the sound block have largely gone unchanged since the block's introduction years ago. And what we have is really quite limited. As it stands, the sound block isn't very useful beyond having it play a warning noise if something has gone awry and it has been triggered by another onboard system.
Suggested additions (some of which correspond directly to Event Controller events):
- A couple additional alert noises
- "Intruder alert"
- "Damage detected"
- "Low altitude"
- "Welcome aboard"
- "(Connector) connected"
- "Target in range"
- "Tank full"
- "Landing gear (un)locked"
- "Low power"
- "Fully charged"
- "Tank filled"
- "Tank depleted"
- "Warning" (a general purpose sound)
- "Target lock"
- "Pressurized" / "Depressurized"
- "Danger"
- "Ammunition depleted"
- "Oxygen depleted"
- "Limited power remaining"
- "Self-destruct system activated"
- "Abandon ship"
- "(Battle|Action) Stations"
- "Jump imminent"
- "Ice depleted"
Having the ability to trigger specific sounds -- in a manner similar to how light colors or piston/hinge/rotor values can be now triggered -- would allow a single sound block to become much more useful as well.
