More lighting blocks

Just a couple that could be handy:
- Mini light, smaller than interior light, chiefly used for indicator LEDs light my computer monitor and speakers have to indicate power on
- Red and green light pair, player can switch between the green and red ones being lit to use as a status indicator e.g. oxygen on yes/no, hydrogen engine active yes/no
- Mini domed navigation light such as used on real life aircraft to make them visible
- Streetlight
- Circular inset light, such as for designing traffic lights
- Hanging fluorescent light, does not require physics behaviour of wires
- Globe light (see image below)
- Inset light (not as part of a larger block) which can be placed on floor without having to change the floor block
