Event Controller feature suggestion

Hi all!
Would be absolutely magical if we could use the event controller to monitor the state of battery's recharge mode: recharge, auto, discharge. Probably would need to separate events to monitor for, recharge/auto and discharge/auto. At the very least it would be great to monitor recharge true/false in order to avoid mishaps.
