Mute survival buff lvl up, use that sound for chat message sounds (optional)

Example earlier:
I opened my chat for gps only to see, to my dismay, i missed a distress call from a medical ship some time before.
I find myself missing out on these distress calls via chat more often than not.
Adding the option for a sound feedback would help a lot with bringing attention to the broadcasts. The sound you get when lvling up buffs Is good, it always makes me notice it.
However I also think you should mute the buff lvl ups instead, or give it another more subtle sound. You dont need to have direct awareness of them, and you see the popups anyways.
