add toggle option for crouch, run and look around in ingame settings

in 2025 there is no reason for a game not to have the toggle option for keys you have to keep pressed.
first person only gameplay is just aggravating, you actualy need your thumb for braking/going up, in space engineers vehicles and you need look around to find ores, this also solves the mouse steering issue, toggle the alt key and the mouse stops interfering with the flying
