Survival update mirror mode toggle

with the survival update supposedly having customizable difficulty it would be nice to have the ability to toggle mirror mode on or off in difficulty settings to allow those of us who build in survival mode a necessary quality of life feature
this mirror mode would work to fit into survival mode via only placing the incomplete mirror block leaving it to be welded up by the player
