show not only the common settings for parts of a grid in its terminal

hello!
when the player selects a number of items in a grid's terminal, show all the options, but make the ones not mutual uninteractable. for each uninteractable setting make a little button to "select all with this", such that from the initial selection ship parts containing no such setting will be removed - making it possible for the setting to be used.
