Search Highlighting

When searching items/tools etc it would be quicker and more efficient if the icon for the items that fit the current search words to be highlighted in some way. Like an orange border for example, a colour different to the hud to make it more obvious.
For example, if i have typed "Plat" it would highlight steel and interior plates as well as platinum ore and ingots.
