Specialised Assemblers

Right now, one of the issues with SE is that it's all too easy to build a single base that does everything well enough - there's no impetus or easy path to improve much beyond having a few upgraded refineries and assemblers, bar maybe going for some prototech.

There's also a gap in prototech - faster regular assemblers!

I propose a new type of assembler that can be configured to produce a specific component, but that does so at a much faster rate, and that's more power efficient than a regular assembler with four speed upgrades. This would give us a gentle push to build facilities dedicated to producing specific things (for those roleplay inclined), or to easily extend our current bases for mass production of high demand components.

Some mechanic to prevent simply switching the component these assemblers produce on the fly might be a good idea - maybe they need time to boot, reconfigure, or self-test before production.
