Prototech Loot locations needs to be refined

I think the location of the PT loot needs to be adjusted just a little. The Jump drive is absurdly easy to get and LG gyros and batteries are quite a bit harder.

(I am only going to talk about large grid loot.)

Storage Facility - This has the jump drive and I am suggesting to add LG Gyros and LG Batteries into the random loot rotation for this location.

Outpost - LG Refinery and LG Thruster. I am suggesting to add LG Gyros and LG Batteries into the random loot rotation for this location.

I am suggesting adding in the LG Gyro and LG Batteries to those two since they are static locations and are quite a bit easier to conquer. The LG Gyro and LG Battery are usually located in the listening outpost, Logistic outpost, Warship, and transport. Notice that all of those either move or have a time element whereas the storage and outpost are fixed and are easier to take. The logistic outpost is VERY difficult to "complete the entire event" without having something catastrophic happen (I am purposely not giving spoilers on how to beat them) The more valuable PT stuff should be in the harder locations and I think the gyro and batteries are the lowest level of loot since ships need a lot more of them.
