Intelligent Cruise Control cockpit/control block

It would be nice if we could have some sort of cruise control. Not Piloting. No AI. Just car moves forward at a set speed according to wheel direction. It would have to allow for course corrections and speed adjustments. Just a toolbar toggle of Cruise Control On/Off. Nothing fancy.
