Bring back "Next Toolbar" and "Previous Toolbar" for SE2

As an SE1 veteran, I ask that the "Next Toolbar" and "Previous Toolbar" controls be added into SE2.
Please give us the option to use a keyboard button to cycle between toolbars like we have on SE1. The new Ctrl + 1,2,3,4,5 drives me crazy, and I think that many other players will have the same problem
