Factorum Hunter Mechanic - You Hunt Them, They Hunt You Back.

I think it would be great if after you've raided a few signals, hoarded a few components, collected a few Factorum blocks, the Factorum started to hunt you down.

Starting by sending a few small grid drones your way, ramping up through the ship sizes to the warship. The challenge increasing the more Factorum equipment you collect and the higher your PCU gets. There should be a small grace period, maybe safety during the first 3-5 encounters then they start to send reclamation teams after you. A little like the old Argentavis but more responsive.

Maybe so it doesn't become a chore or too overwhelming there could be a wave of hostiles a random period of time after each signal the player takes down and each wave is slightly harder. That way you still have the choice weather to engage but you have to defend as well as attack.

The whole Factorum/end game mechanics that have been introduced are fantastic but I think this could really increase the fun factor and I think is more in line with the ominous threatening vibe the teaser and release videos gave off. The whole "this is a warning, your first and last" etc but you steal from them and (though the encounters are a challenge) there are no consequences from these powerful no nonsense warmongers.

On an unrelated note... Now I'm thinking of the Argentavis, what ever happened to it? I don't think I've seen one since about the time planets were introduced. I would also love an updated version of that brought back.
