Add normal components to Proto assembler's production screen

What the title say.
Basically everybody on the server has a proto assembler, and when we find new ones at signals we mostly scrap them as they are useless. Give them more functionality so they are worth collecting.
Proto refineries also refine the whole range of ores, do not limit assemblers to only prototech components.
Add all normal components to proto assembler's list so they can be assembled and we get more use out of it.
