Standardize the steel plate strength of the Bridge blocks.

The bridge blocks are excellent. I think everyone will agree with that. However, there is one glaring difference between the different pieces: the Bridge Helm has way more steel plates (and thus block strength) than all the others, with the exception of some of the corner blocks, which are even more for some reason. Now, it's obvious that there will be some slight differences in each variation due to the requirements of some the components of each variant, but the steel plates should be the same as they are the outer hull and one of the main purposes of the bridge set is better protection. It's a weird inconsistency that doesn't make sense.
