Swap DLC Blocks For Vanilla In Blueprints When Players Lack DLC To Use

Currently in Space Engineers if a player uses a blueprint that has DLC blocks for which they lack the DLC, the blocks are removed and the result is a ship with missing blocks and functionality.
This has the effect of disincentivizing players from sharing a blueprint on the workshop that has DLC blocks as many players are then unable to use it.
A better solution to this would be to simply swap out the DLC blocks for their plain vanilla variants upon using the blueprint for those without the DLC, since the only difference between the DLC blocks and vanilla is appearance.
