Ship Ownership Issues
UPDATE: Got it figured out.. Had to give ownership of each item in the Control Panel as well.

Having an issue with our ship.
My husband was building a ship, and I was helping him. All of the sudden yesterday towards the end of our play, he suddenly could not longer Rename the ship, and change it's ship/station status, however I was able to.
I transferred ownership of all blocks to him, I no longer own any blocks of his ship. He is still unable to Rename or convert it.
Official Server, No Mods. Yes we're in a faction together.
I've tried having him hack the seat, and replace the seat, nothing. As well as hacking some of the more PCU expensive blocks.
I've had him change the sharing to only him for the whole ship. Still nothing.
I've even left faction, still nothing.
