Please make the sittable consoles able to use their toolbars!

Literally the ONE thing keeping Kolt's ancient Command Console mod relevant: they actually have usable toolbars that you can map stuff to. Is it that hard to give us a control seat that can't control thrusters, wheels, and gyroscopes but has a functional toolbar, especially when those functions can be toggled off on existing control seats? You gave us these nice-looking blocks that have so much potential, and then made them worthless. PLEASE just fix them. It's not difficult or time-consuming; All the underlying code is already there for the existing control seats.
