The Monolith and Stereolith...

I recently discovered that the monolith and stereolith can only be found in one or two of the available worlds. This was rather disappointing as I prefer to play the Star System world, which is apparently one of the worlds where these 'artifacts' are not present.
The Star System world has all of the planets, I can't think of a better place to have them in.
Star System seems, to me anyway, to be designed specifically to be explored, so why leave out a key reason to explore it? This makes no sense to me.
I'm formally requesting that both the monolith and the stereolith be added to Star System in the future, or if more convenient, at least add an option in the world configuration menu that allows the user to add them. I'm flexible.
