Event controller to Detect grid angle change

I would like a new event or two to be detected where the Event Controller monitors the grid angle itself.
Say a rover is climbing a hill and begins to tip back, the event controller could activate when the grid is at a set angle front/back or side to side and trigger override on gyroscopes to save you from a rollover
