Default turret settings have many small problems
As an organic PVP player, I often get tripped up by the default settings of various turrets, which cause me constant problems when I get into live-fire situations. What I would like to see changed is the following:
All large grid conveyor-fed turrets and the custom turret controller default to 600m range instead of their maximum of 800m (what is the scenario where a survival player would like less than the maximum engagement range?)
Large grid artillery turrets do not target small ships by default, which is problematic because of their use case as something that out-ranges all small grid weapons.
Idle movement is on by default. Many servers disable idle movement functionality completely
Assault cannon turrets do not target spacemen by default. This is the only turret that can engage engineers outside the range at which engineers can deal damage.
