Tiered Welders Block/Grinding Block

A tiered base on these blocks i think will make the building experience in survival a little bit easier and propably can motivate you to build a grinding or welding ship . There are mods you can download but in my opinion this mechanic should be added to the game , because these blocks are similar with the hand held tools and upgrading your hand tools makes your life easier in survival so upgrading these blocks it would have the same affect. Im not adding the Drill block beacause now we can find a Prototech one.
The Hand tools upgrade system is based on more valuable ores, the upgraded Welding/Grinding Blocks can be based on Components for example Supercontactors.
