Tool shaking

the shaking tool can no longer be switched off, i tried it with the hook in and the hook out, but it just keeps shaking happily. so i looked in the savegame in the config, but i can't find the option there. does anyone happen to have a solution to the problem?
I'm really starting to wonder why this stupid tool shake is still in there at all if it only causes problems! for me the game is unplayable with it! And it doesn't matter whether I start a new game with the tool shake option on or off, with mods or without, it simply can't be deactivated! As long as this is the case, I'll give it a bad rating, because I just bought the DLC and the game is unplayable for me with this tool shaking!
