Center the mouse on PC

Overlays and Picture In Picture features cause the game to become unfocused on Windows because the cursor isn't re-centered by the game.
I propose centering the mouse every 250ms or adding it to some sort of less important logic tick, this is something a lot of other games seem to do to avoid this issue.
