Have Separate AI Collision avoidance options for grids and voxels

Title. This option seems in theory like it would be simple enough to implement, and would be very handy for ground/wheel-based AI driven vehicles I've made (low friction wheels plus gyros and thrusters for movement). They work without CA on, except for that they have a tendency to run into other vehicles and structures. Switching on CA causes them to no longer function, due to the voxel ground they're driving on. Having separate options would allow me to have an AI that isn't paralyzed by the ground its sitting on, but still knows to avoid other grids when it drives too close.
