New modular cargo container should have accurate capacity

just a quick suggestion - the new cargo container should really have a total capacity of 13,125L (1.5m * 2.5m * 3.5m), since that's the volume of the block, and all conveyor-connected cargo containers up to this point have had volumes equivalent to their total volume. it's a very good block, but the loss of useful space over comparable solutions has me smarting a bit
