FLAT HINGES & HARPOONS??

Hello, i had an idea the other day while build a ramp on my ship, FLAT HINGES. Same size as an armour plate but with a hinge on the edge, alos i hope you don't mind me saying, there is a mod out there called HARPOON, i would love to see this in the game without the need for a a mod, we could build pirating harpoons, vehicle winches, and capture individual blocks if on a scavenging mission! Please consider this. Again, thank you for taking the the time to read this.
