Bug - Projected Event Controller
A projected Event Controller doesn't keep action block when on the same grid after being printed.

Steps:
Simply paste in. Check that the event controllers have valid targets. Turn on grinders, welders, load cells and then once the batteries hit 5% the event controller targets a timer and begins the rotation of a rotor. It will also cycle the recharge on the backup battery. 10 seconds later a second timer puts it back on recharge. That process should weld the event controller that was removed from the grinder.
It will be welded back with the correct batteries targeted, but the action block is missing. If you manually add in the action block then it will continue to cycle normally.
I have made sure the blueprint in the projector is the same as the one you pasted in. I have no mods in the game and even if I did, I can't think of one that would have any effect on this process.
