Add liquid hydrogen/oxygen

From what I can understand, hydrogen and oxygen are stored in gas form. My proposal, add a new block called the gas cooler similar to the O2H2 generator along with liquid hydrogen and oxygen tanks that can be unlocked later in the progression tree. The purpose of which to store more in less space. Additionally you could make liquid hydrogen and oxygen bottles for your suit that let you breathe and fly for longer.
