Request: Random Encounter Tab under customise new game (like add Mods)

Would it be possible to add (like the Mod Tab where you can add mods to the gameplay), have a Random Encounter Tab under customise new game, where you can add ship and station blueprints from the workshop to it and the game randomly places them in the world?
That would help those of us that can't code (nor learn how to code from books) immensely, it would also open the game up to more playable styles.
