[Suggestion] Improvements to existing blocks

To improve the game, I suggest;

1. Add LCD functionality to the following blocks:
   Small Grid Broadcast Controller
   Sci-Fi Control Panel
   Console Module Corner Inverted
   Console Module Corner
2. Add Storage functionality to the following blocks:
   (many other later DLC blocks have limited storage the early one seem to lack this)
   Sci-Fi Bar Counter
   Sci-Fi Bar Counter Corner
   Kitchen
   Planters
   Storage Shelf 1,2 & 3
   
3. Add new functionality to the following blocks:
   Medical Station - Make a useable block that a player can occupy in the same as the cryo chamber but this block only restores your health at a lower cost to build than medical rooms and survival kits.
   Lab Equipment - repurpose this block into a research station that unlocks more (or all) items when progression system is enabled.
   Kitchen - Repurpose into a health station that can (slowly) restore your health by cooking a snack every few seconds in the same way the cosmic coffee and klang cola work.
   Inset Kitchen - As above but also add dispensor functionality using its stored items on the block face that includes the drinks in the fridge.
4. New Variations of existing blocks:
   2x3 LCD Panels
   Chairless Console Modules
   Offset Truss T-Section
   Offset Truss X-Section
